We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone, country, identity documents required for filings (e.g., passport copies for ITIN certification), business details, and payment information (processed by Square; we never store full card numbers).

2. How We Use It

We use your information to prepare and submit government filings you request, verify your identity as required by law (including IRS Certified Acceptance Agent rules and FinCEN BOI requirements), process payments, provide support, and send service notifications.

3. Document Storage

Documents you upload are stored encrypted in access-controlled object storage. Only you, our authorized staff working on your order, and administrators can access them. Download links are time-limited and authorized per request.

4. Sharing

We share information only with: government agencies to complete your filings (IRS, state authorities, FinCEN); our payment processor (Square); and service providers under confidentiality obligations. We never sell your personal data.

5. Retention

We retain records as required by IRS Acceptance Agent regulations and applicable law, typically for a minimum of several years after service completion.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements) by contacting us. EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login sessions and security (CSRF protection). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access-controlled storage, and audit logging. No system is 100% secure; notify us immediately of any suspected breach of your account.
