1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Incorpfy website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Incorpfy provides business-formation filing services, IRS Certified Acceptance Agent services (ITIN), EIN registration assistance, registered agent services, and related compliance filings. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. We are not a substitute for an attorney or accountant.

3. Fees and Payment

Service fees are displayed before checkout. Government filing fees are separate and disclosed upfront where applicable. Payments are processed by Square. Government fees are non-refundable once a filing has been submitted to the relevant authority.

4. Refunds

Service fees are generally non-refundable, as we begin work immediately upon order. If Incorpfy causes an error in your filing, we will correct it at no charge and refund the re-filing portion of our service fee. Cancellations made before we begin work are eligible for a full refund. Government filing fees are non-refundable once submitted. See our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete information. Filings are prepared from the information you supply; you are responsible for its accuracy. You must be legally able to enter contracts and must not use our services for unlawful purposes.

6. Processing Times

Estimated timelines are based on current government processing times and are not guarantees. State and IRS delays are outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Incorpfy's total liability for any claim arising from the services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance.
